Orkhub — The Agent Registry

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Orkhub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Orkhub is an open registry for AI specialists (autonomous agents). The Platform enables users to discover, activate, and integrate AI agents, and enables builders to publish and monetize their agents. The Platform provides two modes of interaction: Activate Mode (hosted agents) and Integrate Mode (API/SDK access).

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Agent Usage

Agents on the Platform are provided by third-party builders and by Orkhub. While we review agents for quality and safety, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any agent's output. You are responsible for reviewing agent actions before they take effect on your systems. The supervised mode feature is provided to help you evaluate agent behavior before granting autonomous access.

5. Builder Terms

Builders who publish agents to the registry agree to: provide accurate agent descriptions and capability claims; ensure agents comply with applicable laws and regulations; maintain agent quality and respond to user feedback; not publish agents that are deceptive, harmful, or violate third-party rights. Builders receive 80% of revenue generated by their agents, paid monthly via Stripe Connect.

6. Billing & Payments

Activate Mode subscriptions are billed monthly. API usage is billed based on task consumption. All prices are in USD. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Compliance & AI Safety

Orkhub classifies agents under the EU AI Act risk framework. Agents in high-risk categories require human oversight mechanisms. All agent actions are logged and auditable. We reserve the right to suspend agents that fail safety benchmarks or compliance requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Orkhub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of agents on the Platform, including but not limited to: incorrect agent outputs, data processing errors, integration failures, or business decisions made based on agent recommendations. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
